1) Transmission point modulus class

The transmission point modulus category is divided into single mode fiber and multi mode fiber. The core diameter of single-mode fiber is very small, and it can only be transmitted in a single mode at a given working wavelength. The transmission band is wide and the transmission capacity is large. Multimode fiber is a fiber that can transmit multiple modes simultaneously at a given operating wavelength. Compared with single-mode fiber, multimode fiber has poor transmission performance.

2) Refractive index distribution class

Refractive index distribution fibers can be divided into jump type fibers and gradient type fibers. The refractive index of the jump type fiber core and the refractive index of the protective layer are both constants. At the interface between the fiber core and the protective layer, the refractive index changes in a stepped pattern. The refractive index of the tapered fiber core decreases in a certain pattern with the increase of radius, and decreases to the refractive index of the protective layer at the junction of the core and the protective layer. The change in refractive index of the fiber core is similar to a parabolic curve.

In addition, it is best to use products such as optical cables and fibers that meet the standards, so that our network transmission can be guaranteed.
